Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems
• Assist with payroll, leave management, and compliance
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Ensure HR policies align with UAE labor laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in the UAE)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
