Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles like Business Development Executives, Graphic Designers, SEO executives, content writers, developers, designers, digital marketers and interns.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Plan team-building activities, engagement programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Handle grievance redressal and promote open communication.
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinate quarterly/annual performance reviews and goal-setting.
  • Maintain appraisal data, feedback, and development plans.
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and career growth paths.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Ensure HR policies align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Learning & Development
  • Organize internal/external training sessions for team skill enhancement.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Culture & Employer Branding
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the company’s employer brand on social media and job platforms.
  • Support in creating a great workplace experience and showcasing company culture online.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven HR experience in a digital marketing, IT, or creative agency environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, creative environment.
  • Familiarity with digital agency roles (BDE, SEO, PPC, design, dev, content, etc.).
