Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding new employees
- Manage workforce attendance, leave records, shift allocations.
- Administer statutory HR compliances:
- Manage and maintain ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) records and filings
- Manage and maintain PF (Provident Fund) records and filings
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies
- Maintain employee records (joining, exit, transfers, increments, attendance logs, leave balances)
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate inputs for attendance, leave etc.
- Conduct HR orientation for new joiners; facilitate induction, documentation, policy briefing
- Support performance review processes, employee engagement activities, exit interviews
- Serve as point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, shifts.
- Generate HR reports (monthly/quarterly) on hiring metrics, attrition, attendance, compliance status
- Work to streamline HR processes and improve HR systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Support in any other HR-related tasks as assigned by senior HR/management
