Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding new employees
  • Manage workforce attendance, leave records, shift allocations.
  • Administer statutory HR compliances:
  • Manage and maintain ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) records and filings
  • Manage and maintain PF (Provident Fund) records and filings
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies
  • Maintain employee records (joining, exit, transfers, increments, attendance logs, leave balances)
  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate inputs for attendance, leave etc.
  • Conduct HR orientation for new joiners; facilitate induction, documentation, policy briefing
  • Support performance review processes, employee engagement activities, exit interviews
  • Serve as point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, shifts.
  • Generate HR reports (monthly/quarterly) on hiring metrics, attrition, attendance, compliance status
  • Work to streamline HR processes and improve HR systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Support in any other HR-related tasks as assigned by senior HR/management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
