We are looking for a HR Executive for a Real Estate Company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-end recruitment & staffing: develop recruitment strategies, source & screen real-estate roles (agents, admin, property management teams), conduct interviews, prepare offers and contracts.
  • Onboarding & induction: ensure new hires are welcomed, trained in company culture/policies, visas and documentation completed.
  • HR administration: maintain employee records (contracts, visas, ID cards), monitor attendance/leave, manage employee files.
  • Payroll & benefits support: assist with monthly payroll inputs, commissions (for agents), end-of-service settlements, benefits administration.
  • Employee relations & performance management: act as point of contact for employee queries, assist in performance appraisal process, training and development.
  • HR policy & compliance: ensure HR policies are up to date, ensure compliance with UAE labour law, visa regulations, prepare HR reports & metrics.
  • Office/HR operations support: coordinate with administration/suppliers, ensure smooth office operations relevant to HR functions (especially in smaller real-estate firms).


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably within the real estate in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and HR best practices in the UAE market.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
