Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities are to:

• Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, perform background checks as well as provide orientation to new employees.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Develop and assist in performance management processes.
• Support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct employee engagement activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Borivali, Mumbai - 400091, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
