Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, efficient in multitasking, and capable of fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy workplace relations.
• Plan employee engagement activities and company events.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support career development initiatives.
• Manage exit processes, documentation, and final settlements.
• Coordinate with management to support company goals and HR strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role (preferred in IT industry).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment methods, and employee management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.

Pay: ₹11,183.56 - ₹31,885.07 per month
