Human Resources Executive

Position: HR Executive
Industry: Garment Laundry / Washing / Finishing
Experience: 1–5 years
Location: India

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for operators, helpers, supervisors & staff.
• Manage attendance, leave records, overtime & monthly payroll inputs.
• Ensure statutory compliance – PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Labour Laws.
• Maintain employee files, ID cards, joining & exit formalities.
• Support training, safety programs, audits (BSCI/SEDEX/Environmental audits/ Buyer audits).
• Address employee grievances & support welfare activities.
• Prepare HR MIS reports & maintain HR documentation.

Skills Required

• Good communication & documentation skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws & compliance.
• Experience in garment/textile industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & HR systems.

Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
