Human Resources Executive

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support hotel-wide human resources operations while delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting core HR functions such as employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration, and ensuring full compliance with Hilton’s global brand standards. Reporting and analytics will be managed by the Director of HR.

A Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Executive, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Executive will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Handle employee relations matters confidentially, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management cases
• Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy of employee data related to salaries, overtime, leave, and benefits
• Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including private health insurance and individual pension plans (BES), and provide related employee guidance
• Assist in the organisation of Team Member social events
• Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry
• Assist and resolve team member and management queries

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources department especially in the field of recruitment.
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Experience in luxury hospitality is advantageous
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs
