Job Description – Factory HR Executive
Company: Junna Solar Systems
Location: Hyderabad (Factory Unit)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Workforce Management

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory roles (technicians, supervisors, helpers, operators).
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for shopfloor employees.
• Maintain manpower planning and workforce availability.

Attendance & Payroll Support

• Monitor biometric attendance, shift schedules, and overtime records.
• Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary inputs.
• Maintain leave records and employee data.

Statutory & Labour Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and Factory Act regulations.
• Maintain statutory registers and documentation as per legal requirements.
• Coordinate with government authorities during inspections if required.

HR Operations & Administration

• Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction process.
• Manage employee records and HRMS updates.
• Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling at factory level.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Execute employee engagement activities for factory staff.
• Ensure workplace safety awareness and coordination with safety teams.
• Support implementation of company policies and SOPs at unit level.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / Graduate in HR or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (Factory/Manufacturing preferred)
• Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and Factory Compliance
• Experience in handling blue-collar workforce
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a factory environment
