As an HR Executive , you support the hotel’s people strategy by coordinating recruitment activities, managing HR operations, and driving employee engagement initiatives. You assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and ensure a smooth hiring experience that reflects our employer brand. Alongside recruitment, you help deliver engagement programs, recognition activities, and team events that strengthen colleague satisfaction and workplace culture. Your role contributes to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where both candidates and team members feel valued.
