The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Human Resources Generalist to be a cornerstone of our HR function. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about the entire employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent to supporting employee development and engagement. You will be the go-to HR partner for our employees and managers, making a tangible impact on our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs that create a welcoming and effective experience.
• Support performance management cycles.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

• Required: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Required: 1+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and discretion.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
