Human Resources Generalist

Job Duties

• Administer various HR programs and processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner and coordinate equipment distribution.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment labor laws.
• Track employee performance; schedule and prepare for performance reviews for all employees.
• Collaborate with Owner to identify training needs and develop training programs and coordinate certifications to enhance employee skills and knowledge; track trainings and certifications completed.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management and Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of FMLA regulations is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,785.00 - $49,738.00 per year
