HR Generalist (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience to manage recruitment, HR operations, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, HRMS, and employee files.
• Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Support statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT).
• Coordinate performance reviews, confirmations, and exits.
• Plan employee engagement and handle queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred).
• 2–3 years HR generalist/operations experience.
• Knowledge of payroll inputs & basic compliances.
• Good communication, Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
