Human Resources Generalist

HR Associate
We’re looking for an organized and approachable HR Associate to join our team. This role supports payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement to help maintain a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll, benefits, and 401(k)/HSA contributions
• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities
• Support recruitment, training, and performance review processes
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR questions

Qualifications:

• Experience in payroll, benefits, or general HR functions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws a plus
• Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
