Human Resources Generalist

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive & energetic Hiring Manager to take up recruitment responsibilities, manage employee data, support office administration & contribute to a positive and engaging work environment through creative initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify staffing needs & manage recruitment, aligning with travel industry standards and company goals
• Coordinate with department heads to interview candidates and further selection process
• Manage employee data, attendance & activity requirements
• Creatively utilize recruitment platforms, social media & other plans to onboard quality candidates & ensure employee engagement

Requirements:

• Proven 1+ years experience as HR manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms & applicant tracking systems
• Strong knowledge of best hiring practices & sourcing strategies
• Efficient communication skills & strategic planning in build

Pay: ₹11,783.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month
