The People Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across the employee life cycle, with a strong focus on learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement. The role plays a key part in shaping the employee experience, supporting organizational capability building, and driving alignment between people practices and business objectives.

Manage and support the full employee life cycle, including performance reviews, skip-level meetings, exit interviews, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with internal policies

Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns, while ensuring consistent application of HR policies

Coordinate and manage the OKRs process, supporting alignment between individual, team, and organizational goals

Coordinate learning & development initiatives, including training programs, orientation, and continuous development activities

Support talent management activities, including talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development initiatives

Contribute to engagement and culture initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, action planning, well-being, and recognition programs

Maintain and update job profiles, ensuring role clarity, alignment with organizational needs, and support for career development frameworks
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

2-4 years of HR experience with proven exposure to learning & development, talent management, or employee engagement

Strong knowledge of HR practices and performance management frameworks

Experience coordinating OKRs or similar goal alignment/performance frameworks

Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders

Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
