Human Resource Generalist:

We are looking to hire a Human Resource Manager having experience in manufacturing and safety. The individual should have experience with 40 - 50 employees in a manufacturing environment. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not necessary. This is not a remote position on site attendance is mandatory

Responsible for:

• Recruiting, interviewing (with Supervisors and Managers), and orientation
• Safety compliance and employee safety training
• Workers' compensation case management
• Unemployment compensation case management
• Benefits administration
• Counseling
• Supporting and guiding staff in matters of Employment and Safety
• Maintaining and education personnel on policies and procedures
• Maintaining personnel files and audits

The best candidate is a professional who understands and has experience in manufacturing and overall HR tactics.

The select candidate will know how to get things done, be task oriented, comes up with solutions not problems, and is computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email's, etc..). Being an integral and vital part of the on-site team. This in a private business operation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
