Company Overview:
We are a leading, tier one CNC production machining company specializing in precision machining for companies including Caterpillar, John Deere and Bosch. Supplying component parts for agriculture, mining, construction and industrial refrigeration. We are ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified and looking to expand into the aerospace market.

Summary:
This position provides support across all human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, employee relations, training, and benefits administration. In addition, this role ensures compliance with employment laws, develops and implements HR policies, and contributes to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and Onboarding:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the recruitment cycle (from job posting to interviews), and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Teammate Relations:

Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Training & Development:

Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

  • Benefits Administration:

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

  • HR Policies & Procedures:

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, develop and update HR policies, and provide guidelines on HR procedures.

  • Performance Management:

Assist with performance reviews, provide feedback, and support managers in performance improvement plans.

  • Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and ensure the accuracy of HR data.

  • Compensation & Payroll:

Assist with payroll processing, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation-related tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
