Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
  • Must have midstream oil/gas, heavy industrial manufacturing, EPC, or similar experience.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR)
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems ( Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, etc).


Description:

The Human Resource Generalist will manage a broad range of HR functions.


  • Provide HR support across all teams
  • Assist in recruiting
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Manage onboarding process
  • Prepare orientation materials and conduct trainings sessions
  • Help organize employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Maintain HRIS database (ADP) and assist in generating reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide payroll support
  • Ensure compliance to labor laws / regulations and company policies
