Human Resources Generalist

ZOOMLION is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more. Job Responsibilities:

➤ Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations

➤ Source CVs and schedule interviews for UAE and other countries

➤ Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly

➤ Conduct background checks. Assist in onboarding and training management

➤ Managing employee KPI

➤ Sharing targets and managing records

➤ Draft letters (Offer letters, warning letters, termination letters)

➤ Perform other HR activities

➤ Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in UAE labor laws.

➤ Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
• Solid understanding of UAE labor laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Preferred UAE Driving License holders
• JAFZA work experience is an advantage
