Job Purpose:

To support the HR department in all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and programs to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and maintain positive employee relations.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, track employee goals, and assist in employee development initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, track employee progress, and support continuous learning initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in managing payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and consistently applied across the organization.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and internal audits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and pharmaceutical sector regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
