Job Purpose:
To support the HR department in all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and programs to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and maintain positive employee relations.

HR Administration:
Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes, track employee goals, and assist in employee development initiatives.

Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs, track employee progress, and support continuous learning initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:
Assist in managing payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.

Policy Implementation:
Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and consistently applied across the organization.

Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and internal audits.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and pharmaceutical sector regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
