About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented HR Generalists to join our HR team. The role offers a broad exposure to all HR functions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Personnel & HR Operations

Maintain complete and compliant employee files and contracts.

Manage social and medical insurance processes (enrollment, termination, monthly forms, and renewals).

Handle attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor law.
2. Organizational Development (OD)
-
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and competency frameworks.

Participate in updating job descriptions, organization charts, and training plans.

Assist in HR projects related to engagement, culture, and employee experience.
3. Employee Relations
-
Act as a focal point for employee inquiries and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.

Support internal communication and engagement initiatives.

Ensure disciplinary actions are aligned with company policies and labor law.
4. SAP User
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
-
3+ years of experience in HR (covering a mix of
Operations, Insurance, Recruitment, OD, or Employee Relations
).

Strong knowledge of
Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance
.

Hands-on experience with
SAP HR module
.

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
