HR Manager (Retail Pharmacies)

Hossam Pharmacies is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop HR operations across our expanding retail network.
We’re looking for a proactive leader who can drive performance, culture, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, payroll coordination, and attendance systems.
• Partner with management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal standards.

Requirements:

• Retail experience is a must.
• Pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and labor
