Job Summary

The HR Generalist will support and manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, personnel administration, and payroll activities. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies while contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment. The HR Generalist will work closely with management and employees to support HR processes and help drive the company’s growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle personnel administration, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with labor and social insurance regulations.
• Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary calculations, deductions, and insurance contributions.
• Coordinate with government authorities regarding labor law, social insurance, and medical insurance matters.
• Maintain and update HR databases and reports related to attendance, leaves, headcount, and employee status.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers regarding policies and employee relations.
• Support HR planning activities and assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth and efficient HR operations aligned with business needs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, including recruitment, personnel, and payroll.
• Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a must .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social and medical insurance regulations.
• HR diploma or certification is a plus.
