Human Resources Generalist

We are an established and growing company seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations in Las Vegas. This position will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

This is a hands-on role ideal for an HR professional who is organized, dependable, and experienced in supporting hourly production and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse and production positions
• Post job openings, review applications, and coordinate interviews
• Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee relations and respond to HR-related questions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Assist leadership with staffing coordination and workforce support
• Help maintain a professional, organized HR function within the facility

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred
• Experience recruiting hourly employees strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation

• $60,000 annual salary
