This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across our employment practices.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for processing Personnel Action Notices (PANs), maintaining I-9 compliance, coordinating onboarding calendars, and supporting various HR initiatives that enhance the associate experience across all communities.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Personnel Management, Human Resources or other related area. Experience may substitute for educational requirements.
3-5 Years related experience
Knowledge of policies and practices involved in personnel/human resource functions. This includes recruitment, selection, training, and compensation and benefits packages
Knowledge of HRIS systems
