- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor law.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR database.
- Handle HR letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, and employment confirmations.
- Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance and employee data.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and provide HR guidance.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Visa & Government Coordination
- Coordinate with PRO for employee visa processing, labor cards, medicals, and Emirates ID.
- Track visa renewals and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes.
- Maintain performance review documentation and follow-ups.
HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure HR policies align with UAE Labor Law.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR reports and records for management review
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Professional HR certifications such as CHRP / CHRM preferred.
- Experience managing blue-collar workforce.
- Experience in interior Fit out Company.
