Role Responsibilities

As an HR Payroll Specialist, your main duties would include:

• Managing employee payroll processing
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and UAE labor regulations
• Supervising employee benefits and compensation
• Handling personnel records and HR documentation
• Supporting HR operations and payroll system improvements
• Working with the HR team to improve employee satisfaction and HR processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
• Experience in HR management and employee engagement
• Understanding of HR policies and compliance
• Experience managing employee benefits and personnel administration
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with payroll software or HR systems
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in HR payroll or a similar role (logistics industry preferred)
