Job Title: HR Generalist

We are looking for a driven and highly motivated HR Generalist who wants more than a traditional HR job — someone who wants to help build a strong team, shape company culture, and play a key role in the growth of our organization. This role is ideally suited for an experienced HR professional who has worked in small to medium-sized organizations during periods of expansion and is comfortable managing the full employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring seamless employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. The position involves partnering with leadership to develop, implement, and scale HR policies and programs that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Position Overview.

As an HR Generalist at TOFF®, you will be the pivotal leader of our human resources department, anchoring the core of our workforce. Your role will be dynamic, focusing primarily on cultivating a company culture that thrives on teamwork, innovation, accountability and mutual respect. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting, drive employee development, and oversee retention strategies, ensuring that TOFF® consistently attracts and retains top talent. This role demands a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. Your impact will be crucial in shaping a collaborative workspace, steering cross-departmental projects, and reinforcing our commitment to employee empowerment and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture and Organizational Development:

  • Embed TOFF®'s culture and core values into our operations, leading team building and development initiatives that drive performance and resilience.
  • Spearhead an employee-centric culture, fostering leadership and team development in alignment with our Mission and Vision.

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage full-cycle recruiting using advanced HR technologies.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, integrating them smoothly into our high-performance team environment.
  • Apply strategic insight to enhance our talent attraction and retention strategies, staying ahead of market trends.

Employee Development and Engagement:

  • Act as a strategic advisor, building strong relationships across all team levels and guiding leadership in impactful HR strategies.
  • Drive positive engagement throughout the organization, implementing initiatives that cultivate highly skilled, committed team members.

· Facilitate employee performance reviews in collaboration with management, focusing on a positive approach to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Efficiently manage payroll processing, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
  • Oversee comprehensive employee benefits programs, staying up to date on evolving trends in health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Lead benefits enrollment processes, with a focus on promoting employee wellness.

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, upholding an open-door policy.
  • Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and timely approach to conflict resolution.

Compliance, Record-Keeping, and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, utilizing modern HR software for accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, providing strategic insights to guide workforce development and strategies.

HR Policies and Procedures Development:

  • Lead the development and updating of HR policies and procedures, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct policy training sessions, equipping employees with clear guidelines and standards.

  • Skilled in change management and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in office suite applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Preferred HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business setting.
  • Travel required.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary $80,000
  • Performance-Based Bonus Program
  • Company-Provided Vehicle.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
