This role is ideally suited for an experienced HR professional who has worked in small to medium-sized organizations during periods of expansion and is comfortable managing the full employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring seamless employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. The position involves partnering with leadership to develop, implement, and scale HR policies and programs that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Position Overview.
As an HR Generalist at TOFF®, you will be the pivotal leader of our human resources department, anchoring the core of our workforce. Your role will be dynamic, focusing primarily on cultivating a company culture that thrives on teamwork, innovation, accountability and mutual respect. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting, drive employee development, and oversee retention strategies, ensuring that TOFF® consistently attracts and retains top talent. This role demands a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. Your impact will be crucial in shaping a collaborative workspace, steering cross-departmental projects, and reinforcing our commitment to employee empowerment and satisfaction.
