Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Work with department heads to identify manpower requirements
2. H2B Hiring Process & Compliance
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, legal counsel, and processing agencies) for H2B applications
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required documents for H2B petitions (e.g., job orders, labor certifications, and supporting documents)
- Monitor timelines for petition filing, approvals, and visa processing
- Coordinate interview schedules with the U.S. Embassy and ensure applicants are properly guided
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations
- Maintain accurate records of H2B workers, including contracts, visas, and employment status
- Support housing, transportation, and onboarding arrangements for H2B workers
3. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure proper documentation of employee compensation and benefits
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
6. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience (experience with H2B process is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Familiarity with H2B visa process and labor compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with government agencies and external consultants
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
