Human Resources Generalist

The Employee Outreach Generalist plays a key role in shaping the employee experience at Straticon. This position focuses on supporting employee development, strengthening company culture, and helping ensure that team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.


Responsibilities:

EO Operations & Compliance

  • Onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records.
  • Manage internal forms, documentation, and administrative processes.
  • Handle confidential employee and company information.


Employee Development & Experience

  • Guide leaders through performance reviews and employee goal setting.
  • Support managers in providing feedback and developing their teams.
  • Coordinate employee training and development opportunities.
  • Serve as a resource to employees and leaders on workplace programs.


Strategy & Company Goals

  • Develop employee engagement strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Work with leadership to support culture, growth, and retention efforts.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen the organization and workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-4 years experience in Human Resources experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize duties.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
