Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Your energetic approach will help shape our organizational culture, support talent management strategies, and streamline HR operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities like employee orientation and training programs.
  • Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Administer and coordinate benefits programs assisting with employee enrollments and questions.
  • Support performance management initiatives working closely with management and stakeholders. Including assisting with employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning efforts aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and other safety regulations while managing documentation related to safety training and incident reporting.
  • Support & collaborate with accounting for bi weekly payroll processing & end of year tax and employee documents
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including our time & attendance platform, ensuring timely reporting & compliance with all governmental and outside agencies.
  • Sustaining a visible presence on the floor, learning all departments and functions of the company, creating competency in employee relations practices.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment, or HR Certification with 4 years' experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally & effectively while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 1 year (Required)
