HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support daily Human Resources operations. The HR Generalist will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This position works closely with managers and employees to ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire documentation.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and up to date.

Assist with employee relations, addressing employee questions and helping resolve workplace issues.

Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.

Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries.

Prepare HR reports and metrics related to hiring, turnover, and employee engagement.

Support HR projects and initiatives that improve organizational culture and employee experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
