Human Resources Generalist (Remotely)

We’re looking for a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role covers the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on hiring and recruiting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

- Actively headhunt and source candidates to build a strong talent pipeline

- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR operations

- Handle social insurance processes – including visiting the insurance office when hiring or offboarding employees

- Manage payroll (salaries, deductions, and payslips)

- Follow up on the KPIs and performance of all employees with managers and leadership

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

- Support employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary actions

- Act as the main point of contact for HR-related questions and employee relations

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in HR and recruitment, with strong head-hunting skills

- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – essential for working with our diverse team

- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and professionalism

- Hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
