Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance processes. Drive employee engagement, well-being, and professional development initiatives. Maintain payroll coordination and HR documentation. Support department heads in workforce planning and performance management. Foster a positive company culture aligned with KJJOSHI TECH’s values of innovation and collaboration.

Pay: ₹14,778.92 - ₹56,014.01 per month
