About the Role

The role involves assisting the recruitment manager in completing the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview arrangement, and follow-up on employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment manager in completing the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview arrangement, and follow-up on employment.
• Participate in the analysis of recruitment needs and the formulation of recruitment plans to ensure the smooth progress of the recruitment work.
• Assist in organizing recruitment activities and campus presentations, expand recruitment channels, and attract outstanding talents.
• Assist in formulating and improving the company's recruitment policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields is preferred.

Required Skills

• Have a strong interest in human resource management and recruitment, possess a strong learning ability and a sense of teamwork.
• Good communication and organizational coordination skills, and the ability to take the initiative to assume work responsibilities.
• Proficiency in office software is required.

Preferred Skills

• Candidates with certain data analysis and copywriting skills will be given priority.
