  Job Description
  
 Key Responsibilities:
 
- 
   Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  
- 
   Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  
- 
   Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  
- 
   Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday/anniversary celebrations, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and internal communications.
  
- 
   Help create engaging content for internal newsletters, HR announcements, and company-wide updates.
  
- 
   Assist with policy updates, audits, and compliance checks.
  
- 
   Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
   
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
- 
   Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  
- 
   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
- 
   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
- 
   Good organizational and time-management skills.
  
- 
   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  
- 
   Eagerness to learn, contribute, and be part of a dynamic HR team.
