The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team with various projects for the organization.

Your specific duties may include:

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Assist in schedule and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Help update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Some college coursework or certification program completed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
