Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and retention.
  • Organize team-building and employee engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management

  • Support managers in setting clear performance goals and conducting appraisals.
  • Identify training and development needs to improve employee performance.
  • Manage performance improvement plans where necessary.

4. Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Advise management on compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.

5. Compliance and HR Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Update HR policies and procedures as needed.

6. Learning and Development

  • Plan and deliver training programs for employees and managers.
  • Support career development initiatives to enhance employee growth and retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
