Position: Human Resources Intern
Location: Onsite – Mechanicsburg, PA
Duration: 12 Weeks | May 26 – August 14, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Purpose of Internship:
Partner with HR leadership to support enterprise-wide job architecture initiatives, HR reporting, and process documentation to strengthen organizational structure and clarity.

Primary Responsibilities & Projects:
  • Conduct job description review and categorization
  • Run HRIS and data integrity reports from Dayforce
  • Support job leveling and career pathway mapping
  • Document and update HR process workflows
Eligible Majors / Areas of Study:
HR Management, Business Analytics, Organizational Development
