Position: HR Intern
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Internship (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee record management, and other administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in HR processes and workplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, and personal files)
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees and interns
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with payroll and attendance data collection
  • Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Eager to learn and contribute to HR operations
