Are you passionate about improving the new hire experience and helping to make the workplace safer? Are you a current student studying Human Resources or a recent college graduate looking to gain more real-world HR experience? If you've answered "yes" to both these questions, then Design Ready Controls' Human Resources Internship may be the right fit for you!
Apply to the HR Intern role for an opportunity to work alongside a fun HR crew as we improve the new hire orientation and onboarding experience. During your internship, you'll learn the ins and outs for successful recruiting and interviewing. You'll also be invited to contribute to various community partnership events, employee engagement opportunities, and safety program/committee commitments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. This is a paid, full-time, 40-hour work week commitment (Monday through Friday). We'd love to have you onsite full time at our Brooklyn Park headquarters so that you can learn side-by-side from talented team members.
Compensation: $19.00 p/h
Benefits: Earned sick and safe time

This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
