Job Title: HR Intern (Paid – 1 Month)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team for a period of one month. This is a paid internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers
  • Assist in HR communications and internal coordination
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Help with attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR operations
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
