Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern – Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to Engineering and IT hiring and is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Follow up with candidates on interview status, offers, and joining formalities
• Assist with offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day HR operations

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related discipline
• Freshers or candidates with internship experience can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and take ownership
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Interest in IT & Engineering recruitment
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Performance, Stipend & Career Growth

• Stipend will be increased periodically based on individual performance
• Internship duration is 1 year
• Based on satisfactory performance, the intern will be converted to a permanent employee after completion of 1 year
• Clear growth path to roles such as HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
