Overview
Voyage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. Working closely with the HR Manager, this role provides exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, and compliance in a professional, values-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee files and HR documentation
• Support recruiting and interview scheduling
• Help coordinate onboarding and orientations
• Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and projects
• Support training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives
• Learn best practices for handling confidential information

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
