Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews)
• Maintain candidate databases and job postings across platforms
• Support onboarding and documentation process
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Help maintain HR records and reports
• Contribute to HR strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s student in HR, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn recruitment tools (preferred)
