The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department with credentialing, compliance, and general administrative tasks. This position provides an opportunity to learn HR operations and gain hands-on experience working with employee documentation, compliance tracking, and internal HR processes. No prior HR experience is required, and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with employee credentialing and documentation tracking.

Maintain and organize employee records and compliance files.

Help track required employee training and compliance requirements (ethics, harassment prevention, drug-free workplace, etc.).

Assist with reviewing employee files to ensure all required documents are completed and up to date.

Support HR with updating internal systems and employee records.

Assist with preparing and organizing new hire documentation.

Help monitor expiration dates for certifications, licenses, and other compliance documents.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Assist with HR reports and other operational tasks assigned.
Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

No prior HR experience required – training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidential information.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
