What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Support

Assist with recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and entry‑level salaried roles.
Post job openings across our applicant tracking system, job boards, and university platforms.
Source and screen candidates using resumes, LinkedIn, and other tools—often serving as the first point of contact.
Coordinate interviews, schedule candidates, and support communication throughout the hiring process.
Participate in phone screens, onsite interviews, hiring events, and plant tours.
Support offer letter preparation, pre‑employment steps, and onboarding scheduling.
Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and recruiting initiatives.
Help update and maintain recruiting materials and resources.

HR Operations & Administrative Support

Maintain accurate candidate and new‑hire records in the ATS.
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new‑hire paperwork.
Support HR reporting, data tracking, and ongoing HR projects.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR, recruiting, and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or work experience in HR, manufacturing, operations, or customer service.
Interest in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms.
Experience supporting hourly or high‑volume hiring.

Working Environment

Collaborative, supportive, and fast‑paced HR team.
Primarily office‑based work with occasional time spent on the manufacturing floor.

The position requires the ability to team-lift, load and carry items weighing up to 150 pounds.
