Human Resources Intern

Wolfiz Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team for a 6-month paid internship program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and offer practical exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports and maintain attendance records
  • Conduct exit employee file audits to ensure documentation completeness
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Support the recruitment cycle by contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and employee documentation as required
  • Monitor and post employee birthday and work anniversary celebrations on internal platforms
  • Create and maintain employee profiles in the HRIS system
  • Provide support in daily HR operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final semester (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets
  • Interest in building a career in Human Resources

Important Note

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and commitment during the internship may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
