Hiring: HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Lucknow

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good knowledge may apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding process
• Attendance, payroll & employee records
• HR policies & compliance (PF/ESIC etc.)
• Employee engagement & training programs
• Handling grievances & performance management

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR operations & MS Office / HRMS software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,191.27 - ₹35,000.00 per month
